Operettenbühne Vaduz is celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2020. Their current production for 2021 is Kiss me, Kate. Following the success of The Threepenny Opera, the Operettenbühne Vaduz is once again venturing to Broadway with Cole Porter's Kiss me, Kate.

Directed by Astrid Keller and under the musical direction of William Maxfield, this production promises to be a hit. Kiss me, Kate is Cole Porter's most famous and successful musical, with a libretto by Samuel and Bella Spewack. Initially performed in New York in 1948, the musical received five Tony Awards in 1949.

The Operettenbühne Vaduz presents the German version, which was completely reworked by Peter Lund in 1999. With a rich history spanning 80 years, this theater has become a cultural institution in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, and its neighboring regions.
