## Description

Welcome to the website of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec. Our primary mission is the protection of the public and the development of the profession. With over 9,000 physiotherapists and physiotherapy technologists in Quebec, we are dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. At OPPQ, we offer a range of services and resources to support the practice of physiotherapy. Our website provides information on the two professions of physiotherapy and when and why to consult a physiotherapist. You can also find a professional through our member registry. We are committed to protecting the public by enforcing regulations and ensuring the rights of both patients and professionals. Our organization provides guidance on policies and regulations related to physiotherapy practice. If you are interested in becoming a member, we oversee the issuance of licenses for physiotherapists and physiotherapy technologists. For more information, please explore our website or contact us directly. We are here to support the profession and the well-being of the public.
