Helping Hands OV, also known as the Orangevale-Fair Oaks Food Bank, is dedicated to nourishing and supporting neighbors in need. Our mission is to ensure that no one in Orangevale, Fair Oaks, and the surrounding areas goes hungry. As an equal opportunity provider, we collect and distribute donated groceries to individuals and families who require a little extra help.

One of our flagship programs is the monthly grocery program, available to Sacramento County residents. Those in need can visit the food bank twice a month and receive free groceries, including a variety of fresh and healthy food options. We take pride in growing many of the fruits and vegetables ourselves, ensuring our neighbors have access to nutritious ingredients.

Volunteers play a crucial role in our organization, and we continuously create opportunities for community members to get involved.
