## Description

Muzeum – Orawski Park Etnograficzny is an open-air ethnographic museum in Zubrzyca Górna, dedicated to the history, culture and everyday life of the Orawa region. Its historic buildings and permanent exhibitions introduce visitors to local traditions, crafts and ways of living, offering a close-up view of the area’s heritage. The museum also presents temporary exhibitions, including work by contemporary artists, and hosts cultural events, concerts and themed gatherings throughout the year.

Visitors can explore the site independently or take part in guided activities and educational classes. Programs connect regional history with hands-on experiences, such as learning about traditional flax processing and the uses of linseed oil in village life. The museum provides visitor information, admission options, group reservations and accessibility information, and encourages exploration with a dedicated museum app. Its activities range from exhibitions and workshops to seasonal events for different audiences, including seniors. By bringing historic spaces, local stories and cultural programming together, the museum offers an engaging way to discover Orawa’s heritage.
