One fateful meeting with two brothers, Tony and George, led to the replication of the unique Ligurian tastes he cherished. Tony, equipped with his culinary skills, and George, with his business acumen, joined hands with Maurizio to open the first Oregano restaurant in Dubai. Driven by their passion, Oregano now proudly operates 12 restaurants in Dubai and one in Abu Dhabi, showcasing Ligurian inspired dishes. Guests can indulge in flavorful creations crafted with care and served with warmth. Oregano's success has led to plans for international expansion through franchises and privately owned outlets, with the dream of one day returning to Liguria, where it all began.
