## Description

Studio Orfeo Quagliata is a Mexico City glass studio creating sculptural artworks and functional design objects. Its practice brings together light, color, movement, and refined forms, using hands-on glassmaking processes to explore the material’s expressive potential. Through abrasion, deep cutting, heat, gravity, and movement, the studio pushes glass beyond conventional limits while balancing precision with spontaneity. Subtle variations in its handmade pieces are part of their individual character.

The studio offers collections including Dizrupzion, Entropy, Alchemizt, Functional Art, and Undulationz. Dizrupzion explores tension and controlled transformation in architectural forms designed to exist between art and function. Available products include pieces such as Vortex, Crevazze, and Iruptzion, with selected objects offered for purchase through the studio.

Studio Orfeo Quagliata also develops custom objects, installations, and site-specific works for private clients, architects, interior designers, brands, and institutions. Collaboration across art, design, architecture, fashion, and technology is central to its work. Based in Mexico City, the studio serves international clients, with shipping arrangements tailored to each piece or project.
