## Description

ORiS is a brand that is dedicated to powering a multiplanetary future. With a vision to push the progress of space exploration, ORiS aims to transmit wireless power everywhere, enabling missions with any energy demand. Their mission involves developing a payload that can transmit large amounts of wireless power with high pointing accuracy, along with a receiving system to convert wireless power into electricity. ORiS plans to send a satellite constellation into orbit around the moon, collecting solar energy and transmitting it wirelessly with a laser to power future moon bases. To achieve this, they are developing four innovative key technologies, including a laser designed for the space environment, a pointing system capable of centering the receiver up to 1000 km away, a thermal management system to dispose of excess heat, and a receiver to convert laser energy into electrical energy with minimal losses. ORiS has received investments from various partners, including Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and Leonardo S.p.A. Join ORiS today and be part of the future of space exploration.
