## Description

OrthoTraining provides structured education and practical training for orthodontic and dental professionals. Founded by Dr. Rebecca Poling, an ABO-Board Certified professor and former Angle Society member, the brand offers courses designed to build clinical knowledge and skills through interactive online lessons followed by supervised, hands-on practice in the workplace. Learners complete knowledge quizzes, while progress is tracked through a Student Dashboard Report. Step-by-step and quality-control checklists help standardize practical instruction.

Programs include a 60-day Chairside Orthodontic Assistant course, an eight-week Orthodontic Basics course, and individual courses covering topics such as orthodontic exams, clinical photography, impressions, cephalometrics, diagnosis, treatment planning, and brace procedures. OrthoTraining also offers clear aligner therapy courses and continuing education credits. Its curriculum serves dental assistants, hygienists, dentists, orthodontists, students, residents, and other dental team members. Workbooks and student notebooks provide course guidance, training schedules, scripts, and checklists for mentors and learners. The company reports that its orthodontic assistant training has been approved by California’s Dental Board for in-office training for more than 15 years.
