## Description

OSPE (Ontario Society of Professional Engineers) is the leading voice of the engineering profession in Ontario. Dedicated to representing the entire engineering community, including professional engineers, engineering graduates, and students, OSPE works in strategic sectors of Ontario's economy. OSPE's mission is twofold: advocacy and creating opportunities for engineers and engineering graduates to connect, collaborate, and contribute throughout their careers. They elevate the profession's profile by advocating with governments, providing valued member services, and offering opportunities for ongoing learning, networking, and community building. With a vision for a diverse and inclusive profession, OSPE envisions engineers as bold, courageous, and respected leaders. They aim to collaborate with government, industry, and academia to solve Ontario's problems with evidence-based, innovative solutions. OSPE believes in the obligation of engineers to lead, solve problems through collaboration, and promote equity, diversity, and inclusion to thrive as a profession. They value factual evidence, respect the views of others, and strive towards gender parity and inclusivity.
