Osservatorio Raffaelli dal 1883 is a nonprofit social promotion association based in Bargone, in the municipality of Casarza Ligure, near Genoa. Founded in 1883, it is dedicated to meteorological, agricultural and geological observation, continuing the work associated with Professor Don Gian Carlo Raffaelli.
