Its services include maternal mental health support, guidance through the transition into motherhood, and occupational therapy for mothers, parents and caregivers with a wide range of experiences. Ostara also runs workshops and group offerings, including Circle of Security, Mother’s Circles and matrescence workshops, helping participants build understanding and connection with others. Tess’s credentials include perinatal and infant mental health certification, Circle of Security facilitator training, and Medicare-endorsed mental health practitioner status. Ostara offers in-person home visits across Melbourne’s Yarra Valley and surrounding areas, clinic sessions in Ringwood East, Victoria, and online sessions via Zoom for clients across Australia.
