## Description

Outside The Box Support (OTB Support) is an Adelaide-based provider of disability mentoring services, built around personal care and support tailored to individual needs. The organisation works with people of all ages, from children to adults, and aims to help clients develop, pursue goals and participate in everyday life. Its services include one-to-one mentoring for activities such as homework or shopping, therapy assistance, group activities, planning and goal setting, virtual mentoring, and transport support. Group activities are designed to connect clients with shared interests and encourage inclusion and social skills. Planning sessions help clients set achievable short-, medium- and long-term goals. Transport is provided in insured vehicles with high ANCAP safety ratings, while virtual sessions offer one-to-one support remotely. OTB Support states that its pricing aligns with the NDIS Price Guide and that it holds relevant clearances, driving licences and first aid certification. It is not currently an NDIS-verified provider, so it works only with plan-managed and self-managed clients.
