## Description

OtheReality | Murcia is a groundbreaking brand with a powerful mission to eliminate prejudice, intolerance, and misconceptions in society. Leveraging cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) technology, OtheReality offers high-school students the incredible opportunity to experience the world through the eyes of others and walk in their shoes. Founded by Yair Neiger, an 18-year-old student dedicated to making the world a better place, OtheReality aims to promote empathy and understanding among the younger generation. In addition to their work in high-school classes, OtheReality has developed a personalized empathy gym for medical centers. Using AI and VR, healthcare staff can partake in individual experiential workouts that immerse them in patient and colleague perspectives. These immersive VR experiences enable trainees to authentically feel the emotions of others, fostering a deep sense of empathy. The data collected from these workouts is analyzed on OtheReality's platform, creating innovative dashboards and measuring the Algorithmic Empathy Index (AEI™) to help medical centers meet their KPIs and demonstrate ROI. Through their visionary approach and dedication to empathy training, OtheReality is transforming healthcare and creating healthier and wealthier organizations.
