World Skills Ottawa is a registered charity and a leading organization that promotes the skills and talents of immigrants in the local labor market. For over 25 years, World Skills has been dedicated exclusively to the employment needs of newcomers and the local labor market. They offer a range of programs and services to help newcomers integrate into the workforce, including employment competency building, job search training and support, cultural competency building, and language training.

World Skills connects newcomers with employers in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, partnering with employers to understand their needs, pre-screen internationally trained newcomers, and provide cross-cultural training. They are supported by various government and non-government funders and work in partnership with settlement agencies in Ottawa. World Skills envisions an inclusive Canada that values the skills and talents of new Canadians
