## Description

Oubaitori Karate Club Limited was a company registered in England and Wales that traded as Oubaitori Karate Kickboxing and Oubaitori Karate Club. It operated as a martial arts club focused on karate and kickboxing, serving students and their families alongside a wider community of supporters. The company expressed gratitude to those who took part in its activities over the years.

Oubaitori ceased trading operations on 9 November 2025 and is now closed. It is no longer presented as an active provider of classes or other services. Its closure notice acknowledges that some former members may have wanted to continue training and points them towards independent clubs run by former instructors: Peterborough Sport Karate Club, led by former Senpai Felicity Johnson, and FP Fight Team, where Matt coaches kickboxing. The notice makes clear that neither club is affiliated with Oubaitori. Today, Oubaitori’s website primarily provides information about the closure, thanks its former community and shares an email address for enquiries.
