## Description

OW Care is a care-matching platform that helps people in the Netherlands find mental health and wellbeing support suited to their needs. Its directory features independent practitioners and can be searched by postcode, with options to explore nearby or online care and, for members, practitioner availability. Visitors can answer simple questions about what they are experiencing, such as anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, or chronic pain, to discover relevant support.

The platform organizes care across five approaches: nature-based support, somatic and body-based practices, faith and spirituality, talk-based counseling, and arts and crafts. Listed services include examples such as somatic therapy for nervous-system regulation, nature coaching and walking conversations, and integrative psychotherapy for adults. OW Care also aims to connect practitioners with one another through a “Who’s Who” section, supporting continuity when a match changes or care is interrupted. Its approach emphasizes personal fit, including people’s needs and lived experience, and presents mental health as an ongoing system of support rather than a single fix.
