## Description

Outlander Equestrian is a horse training and sales business based in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands, founded as a project by Silke Wiersma and Katie Hill. The business specializes in PRE horses, including horses bred for competitive dressage, and introduces prospective buyers to its current and past horses through its website.

Wiersma and Hill bring more than four decades of combined experience across breeding, starting young horses, raising and competing. Their backgrounds include dressage, western riding, natural horsemanship, driving and jumping. This broad experience informs a training philosophy focused on the whole horse, both physically and mentally. Outlander Equestrian aims to develop confident, happy and capable equine athletes with the potential for a long future in sport.

Services offered to the equine community include colt breaking, problem solving and horse sales. The business presents its approach as holistic, emphasizing the development of a strong partnership between horse and handler. Through training and sales, Outlander Equestrian serves owners and riders seeking thoughtful horse development, particularly in the PRE and dressage sphere.
