Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) is a global nonprofit dedicated to advancing research into ovarian and other gynecologic cancers while supporting patients and their families. The organization funds scientific research, connects researchers, clinicians, patients, and data through its AI-powered Research Exchange, and promotes collaboration through research programs, grants, awards, and conferences. OCRA also provides practical information and support for people affected by cancer, including guidance for patients at different stages of diagnosis and treatment, peer mentoring, counseling, support groups, webinars, workshops, and help finding doctors and clinical trials. Its resources cover ovarian, cervical, endometrial, uterine sarcoma, vaginal, and vulvar cancers, as well as prevention, risk, and genetic testing. Through its Center for Public Policy, OCRA advocates for improved research and education, drug and diagnostic safety, and access to quality care. Patients and supporters can participate in its Living Lab registry, volunteer, fundraise, donate, and join advocacy initiatives. OCRA reports investing $150 million in research and helping secure more than $4.4 billion in federal funding.
