Overit Cyprus is an online company information and due diligence platform built around open data from the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and the Republic of Cyprus’s open data portal. Its searchable directory covers more than 571,000 organisations and helps users check a company’s registration details, current status, registered office and listed officers. Users can also explore connections between people and companies, identify organisations sharing an address, distinguish strike-off from insolvency or liquidation, and review public contract awards where records can be reliably matched. The platform provides company search, profiles, officer networks, VAT number verification through VIES, and links to international LEI identifiers. Data is attributed to its source and updated in line with the Registrar’s monthly releases. Overit Cyprus also offers a REST API with JSON responses, webhooks and bulk searches for developers and businesses integrating registry information into their products. Paid plans provide different search allowances, monitoring, exports and support, while a free directory is available for browsing Cyprus company records.
