## Description

Overtime Training is a basketball development organization based in Walla Walla, Washington, serving athletes across the Northwest. Founded by coach and trainer Stephen Garnett, the program is built around the I’m Possible philosophy of focused, detailed skill development. Rather than relying on personal opinions or a single team system, its approach breaks down skills players use effectively, helping athletes develop abilities that can support success with different coaches and playing styles.

Training is available for athletes from kindergarten through the professional level. Players can choose unlimited group training through a monthly membership or attend drop-in workouts, and individual sessions can be scheduled with Coach Garnett. The organization also offers AAU programs, camps, and clinics, and invites communities to contact the coach about bringing training to their area.

Overtime Training emphasizes challenging athletes beyond their comfort zones and fostering hard work on and off the court. Garnett has trained since 2010 and has been a certified I’m Possible Skill Enhancement Trainer since 2016.
