## Description

Overwhelm MMA is a friendly martial arts gym in Clarkson, Western Australia, offering training for children and adults, from complete beginners to experienced students. Led by chief instructor Adam Wyatt, whose martial arts experience dates back to 1988, the coaching team emphasizes focus, discipline, steady progress and a supportive, ego-free culture. The academy teaches three disciplines: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, ITF-style Taekwondo and Kali. BJJ classes develop ground-based grappling, technique and control, with drilling and live practice. Taekwondo training includes precise kicking, patterns and controlled sparring, with pathways from beginner level through black belt. Adult Kali classes cover Filipino martial arts and practical empty-hand and weapons-defense skills. Children aged 4 to 14 can join short Ninja classes or age- and level-based Junior BJJ and Taekwondo sessions, which use games to encourage focus, resilience and care for others. Overwhelm MMA runs more than 20 weekly classes, including open mats, and offers free trials across its styles. There are no lock-in contracts, and coaches support each student at their own pace.
