Its main activity is organizing trips along rivers in Slovakia and abroad, combining water tourism and time in nature with friendship and community. The club publishes a calendar of paddling trips and events, and its boathouse provides members with a place for sporting and social activities. The club’s roots date to the water-tourism section of TJ Pozemné stavby, founded after the sports association was established in 1962. Its present boathouse was built near Bratislava’s Old Bridge and opened for use in 1970.
