## Description

Ovulate is a European cycle-tracking platform for women, couples and the health professionals who support them. It combines a mobile app with professional practice-management software, with a focus on privacy, shared understanding and the sympto-thermal method. The app helps users record basal temperature and cervical observations, view cycle charts, identify peak days and access educational content. Users can keep measurements on their phone and choose whether to share them with a partner or instructor through consent-based, encrypted tools. Ovulate says its health-data infrastructure is hosted in Europe and HDS-certified, and that it does not sell or monetise user data.

For midwives, fertility counsellors and physicians, Ovulate Pro offers patient records, scheduling, messaging, secure teleconsultation and payment links. The platform supports the sympto-thermal method by cross-checking temperature and cervical observations rather than relying only on calendar averages. Ovulate is available in a free basic-tracking plan and a paid Premium plan, with full method interpretation and cycle analysis. A connected Bluetooth temperature sensor is planned.
