## Description

Oregon Washington Health Network (OWhN) is a community-focused health organization working to improve health outcomes and equity in rural communities across Umatilla, Union, and Morrow counties in Oregon and Walla Walla County in Washington. Founded by Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center, OWhN collaborates with local organizations and public agencies to connect people with integrated physical, behavioral, mental, and public health services. Its approach emphasizes compassionate, confidential, low-barrier care that respects each person’s culture, language, and lived experience.

OWhN’s programs include COPES outpatient treatment for substance use, peer support centers in Pendleton, Hermiston, and Milton-Freewater, and Nurture Oregon’s prenatal and recovery support for pregnant individuals. COPES 4 Youth offers youth-focused behavioral health and substance use services through education and peer centers. UCOPE supports prevention, testing, treatment, harm reduction, and immunization related to hepatitis C, HIV, and substance use. Change Through Compassion works to reduce violence and incarceration while supporting healing and community safety. OWhN also provides training, overdose prevention education, naloxone resources, and support for healthcare providers.
