## Description

Oxford Capital is a UK investment firm based in Oxford, partnering with ambitious founders and high-potential technology and science businesses. Founded in 1999, it invests across the UK, from early-stage startups to later-stage scale-ups. The firm reports investing more than £500 million in over 100 companies and aims to help businesses develop from their earliest stages through growth.

Its Backing Founders strategy supports UK-based technology startups from pre-seed to Series A, investing in founding teams and building trusted relationships as they navigate early development. Through Backing Growth, Oxford Capital invests in later-stage science and technology companies from Series A onwards, focusing on businesses with established product-market fit and potential to scale. Growth investments are made in companies with which the firm has an existing relationship, directly or through partner early-stage funds.

Oxford Capital also offers investment products and services intended to give individuals, families and institutions access to these opportunities, including EIS funds and portfolios and investments in individual companies.
