The goal of Women in Games Turkey is to empower women to contribute to the gaming industry with innovative and creative ideas, rather than just being spectators. It also welcomes women aiming to build careers in the gaming industry, individuals looking to understand the sector from the perspective of female professionals, managers wanting to include different perspectives in their teams, and individuals interested in sharing their skills, experiences, and technical capacities with industry peers. Women in Games panel was first held at the Gamex Fair in December 2015. Simay Dinç, the founder of Women in Games Turkey, believes that women can add tremendous value to the gaming industry through their innovative work.
