Firstly, we can provide whistleblower protection by granting the individual the status of a protected whistleblower. This ensures that they won't face wrongful termination or other unjust actions from their employer, as any negative employment action requires approval from our office. Additionally, if you've received a termination notice because you've chosen not to remain silent, we can suspend its effectiveness for 30 days, during which you can seek legal review. In the most serious cases where it's crucial to protect the whistleblowers' identity, we file criminal complaints on their behalf.
