PA eMentoring is an online career mentoring program that aims to provide guidance and support to high school students and young adults in Pennsylvania. By devoting just 15 minutes a week from their desk or home computer, eMentors can positively impact a student's future. The program utilizes working and retired adults, as well as mature college students, to serve as online career mentors.

It also provides a structured online curriculum to equip teens and young adults with the necessary knowledge and skills for success in the job market. PA eMentoring strives to help youth achieve success after high school by creating a detailed, realistic post-secondary plan with the help of a career mentor.
