## Description

Paarstudio is a psychological practice in Darmstadt, Germany, founded and led by Katharina Katerinis, an M.Sc. psychologist and couples therapist. The practice supports individuals and couples seeking stronger, more fulfilling relationships, with sessions available in person and online. Its services include couples therapy and counselling, individual consultation, online counselling, and online groups. Couples can explore recurring conflict, breaches of trust, emotional distance, parenting disagreements, unmet needs, relationship stagnation, or thoughts of separation in a safe, welcoming setting. Individual sessions are also open to people who want to examine personal concerns and relationship patterns, including those whose partners are not ready to attend therapy. The online groups provide practical relationship insights and tools, as well as a space to discuss queer topics. Katerinis draws on psychological and neuroscientific approaches, including cognitive behavioural and emotion-focused therapy, and develops an individual plan with each client. Her training includes clinical psychology, couples counselling, and ongoing study in systemic sexual and couples therapy and the Gottman Method.
