Pennsylvania CASA is a non-profit organization dedicated to growing, strengthening, and uniting local CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) programs throughout Pennsylvania. Their mission is to ensure the safety, well-being, and forever home for every abused and/or neglected child in the state. With a vision of providing access to the service and support of a CASA volunteer for every child in need, Pennsylvania CASA actively supports existing CASA programs, builds new ones, and secures critical resources. They provide training, technical assistance, and continuous quality improvement services to the 21 local CASA programs serving 27 counties.

They also advocate for statewide resources to assist CASA programs in serving children. The CASA movement originated in 1977 and has since grown to over 1,000 programs throughout the United States, helping more than 2 million children find safe and permanent homes. Pennsylvania CASA works tirelessly to ensure that every abused and/or neglected child in the state receives the support and advocacy they deserve.
