PACE Organization of Rhode Island

PACE Organization of Rhode Island (PACE-RI), located in Riverside, RI, was founded with a mission to help local elders live safely at home, avoid hospitalization and nursing home stays, and alleviate the burden on their caregivers. Since opening their original center in 2005, PACE-RI has experienced steady growth and expanded their services with new centers in Westerly (2013), Woonsocket (2016), and Newport (2023). PACE-RI prides itself on being one of the fastest-growing companies in Rhode Island and currently employs 173 staff members who collectively speak nine different languages.

As a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), PACE-RI follows a community-based model that offers affordable, comprehensive, and integrated healthcare and social services. At the core of their model is the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), comprised of 11 specialists, who provide individualized care tailored to each participant's unique needs. Guided by their mission to provide exceptional and equitable healthcare, PACE-RI strives to ensure that every older adult receives the support, autonomy, and dignity they deserve as they age.
