The Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC) is the state's primary care association, dedicated to supporting and representing the largest network of primary healthcare providers in the commonwealth. This network includes Community Health Centers (FQHCs and FQHC Look-Alikes), Rural Health Clinics, and other providers serving over 100,000 patients annually at more than 395 sites throughout underserved areas in Pennsylvania. Since 1981, PACHC has been committed to improving access to affordable, high-quality primary care for all individuals. Their programs and services support health centers in fulfilling their mission.
