## Description

PACSY, developed by Pacsy GmbH, is a cloud-based medical imaging platform designed to connect healthcare practices, patients, and referring providers. It brings imaging studies from practice equipment and external DICOM files into a shared archive, with a browser-based medical DICOM viewer for reviewing images. The viewer is CE-marked and classified as MDR Class IIb. PACSY also supports digital image sharing through dedicated patient and referrer access, helping practices make studies and reports available for follow-up care. Integrated dictation and reporting tools support clinical workflows, while the platform can complement an existing PACS or serve as a cloud PACS. PACSY is intended for settings including radiology, orthopaedics, teleradiology, and cardiology, and offers plans for individual practices through multi-site teams. Hosting is in Germany, with configurable access permissions. The PACSY Inbox is being rolled out gradually; chat, API integrations, and RIS workflows are planned but not yet available. The company offers demonstrations and practice registration, with no minimum contract term.
