With members including county social service agencies, school districts, mental health providers, and other child-serving organizations, PACT for Families aims to fill gaps in services and reduce duplication. The brand encompasses various committees, such as the 5-County Children's LAC, Early Childhood Committee, and 5-25 Committee, which focus on enhancing mental health services for children and youth in the five-county area.

Connecting Families, formerly known as The Resource Center Program, aims to provide support and resources for parents and agencies. Through a range of programming and initiatives, PACT for Families strives to improve the well-being of children and families in the community
