# PadelTots - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `padel-tots.com` ## Description PadelTots is a UK-founded early-years sports brand offering playful, structured padel sessions for children aged 18 months to five years. Founded in Manchester by Jo Patterson, an experienced grassroots coach and sports development professional, the programme was created to give very young children and their families a welcoming introduction to a rapidly growing sport. Sessions use age-appropriate equipment and guided activities to develop movement, coordination, balance, confidence and social skills, while keeping play and enjoyment at the centre. Children progress through three age groups: Tiny, for ages 18 months to 2.5 years; Adventurers, for 2.5 to 3.5 years; and Explorers, for 3.5 to five years. No previous sporting experience is needed. A parent, grandparent or carer participates on court, and grippy socks are required. Safety measures include DBS-checked coaches with safeguarding and paediatric first-aid qualifications, along with venue-specific risk assessments.
