The Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA), established in 1971, has been a pivotal force in enhancing home care services across the Commonwealth for over fifty years. Representing more than 700 home-based care providers, PHA serves as the leading voice and advocate for the home and community-based care industry. Their mission centers on advancing industry standards and ensuring access to quality in-home care for all Pennsylvanians. 

PHA offers an array of resources and services, including an Annual Conference that unites providers for networking and knowledge-sharing, a Job Board that facilitates connections between job seekers and home care employers, and a Learning Center with free training courses for caregivers. Additionally, PHA’s Foundation works to promote awareness and support for home health, home care, and hospice services through financial assistance and grants. With a strong commitment to workforce development and advocacy, PHA continues to be an essential resource, enhancing the care landscape for individuals and families statewide.
