## Description

Palmar is a modern Chinese restaurant in Miami that offers a unique dining experience with its tropical vibe and impressive wine selection. Recognized for its exceptional culinary offerings, Palmar was named one of the 50 best new restaurants in America by Bon Appétit in 2018 and received an outstanding 4-star rating from the Miami Herald. With a diverse menu inspired by Chinese gastronomy, Palmar serves a wide range of dishes that include classic dim sum, all made in-house, as well as innovative takes on fried rice and a mouthwatering whole roast duck. The beverage program at Palmar is equally impressive, featuring an extensive selection of beer, sake, and a meticulously curated wine list that includes high-end champagne and unique biodynamic skin contact wines. The ambiance at Palmar is enhanced by vintage salsa music and dim red lights, creating an underground atmosphere reminiscent of hidden streets in Latin America. For those seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Miami, Palmar is a must-visit destination. Please note that Palmar is in the process of relocating from Wynwood to the Julia & Henry project in Downtown Miami. Follow them on social media for updates on their reopening in June 2023.
