## Description

Palmer Candy is a fifth-generation, family-owned and operated confectionery manufacturer with roots dating to 1878. Based in Sioux City, Iowa, the company is nationally recognized for its full line of chocolate and holiday confections, serving customers from large mass merchandisers to neighborhood grocery stores. Palmer emphasizes high-quality products, attentive customer service, carefully selected ingredients, and time-honored production techniques, making candies one batch at a time.

Beyond its own products, Palmer offers manufacturing and packaging capabilities designed to help customers bring projects to market creatively, cost-effectively, and efficiently. Its solutions reflect a longstanding focus on meeting customer needs rather than simply selling products. The company also welcomes visitors to Palmer’s Old Tyme Candy Shoppe, where guests can explore its history, find favorite candies, and see a small museum featuring retired candy-making equipment and vintage photographs. Still led by a descendant of founder E.C. Palmer, the company continues its tradition of “Making Life Sweeter Since 1878,” combining classic confections with a lasting commitment to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction.
