## Description

**Brand Description: PANACEA**

PANACEA is a pioneering initiative focused on atmospheric research, specifically addressing the challenges of air pollution and its effects on human health. The hallmark of PANACEA is its comprehensive measurement campaign, which took place from July 10 to August 10, 2019, across significant urban centers in Greece, including Athens, Thessaloniki, and Patras, among others. This campaign was part of the PANACEA Joint Research Activity and aimed to provide detailed insights into particulate matter (PM2.5) and its chemical composition, including ions, metals, and organic carbon.

Utilizing advanced in-situ and remote sensing technologies at both stationary and mobile atmospheric monitoring stations, PANACEA meticulously charted the levels of pollution and the corresponding human exposure across these regions. Their commitment to fostering a healthier environment is evident through their dedication to data-driven research and analysis, ultimately striving to enhance public awareness and policy formation around air quality. Through their innovative approach, PANACEA plays a crucial role in mitigating the impact of atmospheric pollution on health.
