With a rich history dating back to December 1960, Pan Sinaí began its journey near La Tiendona market, originally producing French bread. Taking inspiration from our grandmother's famous quesadilla recipe, we have continued to preserve the same flavors and quality that she had instilled in us.

Over the years, we have grown exponentially, with over 600 dedicated individuals working passionately to bring our outstanding bread to tables across El Salvador. Our commitment to excellence has led us to invest in cutting-edge technology and expand our horizons, exporting to Guatemala and parts of the United States.
