An association approved by the French Parachuting Federation, it has welcomed participants for more than 70 years and records around 17,000 jumps annually. Recognised as a centre of excellence, it also hosts annual training by France’s relative-work teams. EFPLB offers experiences for first-time jumpers and aspiring or experienced parachutists. Tandem jumps let guests experience freefall from 4,000 metres with a qualified instructor, with prices starting at €260. The PAC course is designed to help students become independent parachutists in a week, through six supervised jumps followed by a first solo jump; prices start at €1,381.50. A one-day introductory jump combines theoretical instruction with a jump using the participant’s own parachute, supervised by two instructors, and can count toward PAC training.
