## Description

Paramount Retail Group is a family-owned British conglomerate that invests in established businesses and brands with distinctive identities. It brings together companies across food, drinks, confectionery, home interiors and pet care, supporting them with long-term stewardship, operational expertise and a focus on sustainable growth while seeking to preserve their heritage. The group also manages commercial property investments and an integrated family office.

Its portfolio spans home-interior collections inspired by French countryside style, chocolate made with creative recipes and ethical sourcing, and British drinks brands including Saltaire Brewery, Black Sheep Brewery and Purity Brewing Co. Its meat business supplies beef, lamb, poultry, game and deli products to butchers, hospitality businesses and retailers nationwide, working with UK producers and using skilled butchery, quality assurance and cold-chain facilities. The group has also supported pet-care products, brands and services; in August 2026, it announced the sale of Vital Pet Group to SPL Group, where the business began operating independently under new ownership.
