## Description

Parc and Ride (P&R) is a Dudelange-based non-profit organization dedicated to skateboarding and the upkeep of the Schmelz skatepark in Luxembourg. Made up of young adult skaters, the organization works to keep the park usable and welcoming for its community. Its responsibilities include building new pipes and ramps, repairing damaged features, and maintaining good relationships with the public and local authorities.

Schmelz is P&R’s home skatepark and includes a dirtline. The facility attracts many riders on sunny summer days, providing a place to skate and ride in Dudelange. Through its work at the park, Parc and Ride supports local skating while helping care for the shared space and its equipment. The organization invites visitors to get in touch through its listed address in Dudelange, while riders can find the skatepark on Route de Thionville. Its message, “Skate and create made in Dudelange,” reflects the group’s local, hands-on approach to maintaining and developing the skatepark for its users.
