## Description

Parkland Players is a Reggio Emilia-inspired child care centre in Coquitlam, British Columbia, founded in 1995. Serving families at two elementary school locations, the centre offers programs for children from infancy through age 12. Its approach is guided by the belief that children are curious, capable individuals: educators observe and listen to each child, then create welcoming environments that support discovery, meaningful play, and learning without a fixed curriculum.

Programs include Infant and Toddler care for ages three months to three years, Preschool Care and Group Daycare for ages three to five, and Pre-Kindergarten for children aged four and a half to five. For school-age children, Parkland Players provides Out of School Care and Summer Camp for ages six to 12. The centre also emphasizes community involvement, including monthly visits to residents at a local senior care facility. Families can inquire about enrolment online or by phone, and the organization provides family and staff portals, news, and updates about its community.
