## Description

Parm is an Italian-American restaurant brand founded in New York City’s Little Italy in 2011 by chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi and restaurateur Jeff Zalaznick. Its cooking reimagines familiar Italian-American dishes while staying faithful to their history, served in a fun, casual, family-oriented setting. The menu features signature favorites such as Chicken Parm, homemade meatballs, Rigatoni Carbone and deli sandwiches, alongside other recognizable classics. Parm aims to make especially good versions of the comfort foods its founders grew up eating. The restaurant has locations listed in Battery Park City, Mulberry Street, the Upper West Side, Woodbury Common and Las Vegas, with menus available by location. Guests can make reservations, order online or arrange catering; catering orders generally require at least 48 hours’ notice, while customers with next-day or same-day requests are invited to contact the restaurant. Parm has been recognized by Newsweek as one of the 101 Best Places to Eat in North America, and praised by the New York Times for improving on beloved Italian-American standards without losing their familiar character.
