## Description

:PART is a youth innovation network and agency that helps companies and organisations gain fresh perspectives, insights, and ideas from the next generation. Since 2015, its :PART Academy has trained more than 5,000 young adults in creative processes, innovation, and design thinking. Its alumni network spans the creative sector and startup ecosystem, and the agency brings promising young talents into projects that address real organisational challenges.

:PART partners with clients to develop and deliver tailored design sprints, building a team from its alumni network for each project. The process can include understanding a client’s vision and users, selecting and introducing a team, researching target-group behaviour through quantitative and qualitative methods, generating ideas, developing concepts, and testing them with the intended audience. Teams use feedback to refine concepts and present insights and recommendations for future implementation.

By involving young adults as contributors and collaborators, :PART aims to help organisations challenge assumptions, understand their audiences, and explore new possibilities.
