## Description

PHSS is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing unique and flexible supports and services to individuals with complex medical, physical, and developmental needs. Their goal is to ensure that everyone is included and valued in the community. With over 250 people supported in more than 60 locations across Ontario, PHSS offers a variety of supports to help individuals live in their own homes and actively participate in their communities alongside family and friends. Their mission is to be a leader in community inclusion of individuals with developmental, medical, and complex physical needs. PHSS also believes in person-centered plans and upholds the rights of the people they support. They offer support services, including applying for support, and have an apprenticeship program for those interested in working with them. By donating to PHSS, you can make a difference in the lives of those with complex needs. Join their team today and help create a community where everyone is included.
