Partners in Routt County, now known as Partners For Youth, is an organization dedicated to supporting youth through mentorship, empowerment, and trusted adult engagement. As a merged entity with Grand Futures Prevention Coalition, they have a strong focus on positive youth development, advocacy, and community collaborative initiatives. Their programs, including mentoring and trusted adult engagement, have proven to have a profoundly positive impact on young people.

By guiding youth towards personal growth and development, they create a healthy foundation for their youth advocates to use their potential and develop important skills. They also empower young people to make healthy, positive, and substance-free choices by fostering strong connections with peer, family, school, and neighborhood communities.
