## Description

ParyonUSD is a decentralized finance project on Bitcoin Cash that issues PUSD, an over-collateralized stablecoin built with CashTokens. Users create loans by locking BCH as collateral, allowing them to access liquidity while retaining exposure to their Bitcoin Cash holdings. The protocol lists a minimum collateral ratio of 110%, with market-driven interest rates and liquidation mechanisms intended to respond to changing conditions.

PUSD is designed to be redeemable directly for BCH at the current market price. Redemptions, dynamic borrowing rates, and a Stability Pool work together to support the token’s $1 peg. PUSD holders can stake their tokens in the Stability Pool to earn BCH yield, including interest and a share of liquidation fees.

The project emphasizes fast transfers, low transaction costs, censorship resistance, and compatibility with supported wallets and decentralized exchanges. Its website provides an app, documentation, statistics, frequently asked questions, and development articles. ParyonUSD also publishes a token identifier so users can verify the PUSD CashToken before transacting and avoid impersonation tokens.
