## Description

Paseban is a special-interest tourism destination in Megamendung, offering nature-based, adventurous, educational, and themed experiences within reach of Greater Jakarta. Its activities invite visitors to explore the foothills and forests through hiking and trekking, family walks, river trekking, waterfall excursions, and climbs toward Mount Kencana. Visitors can also camp at family or classic campsites, join educational camping, go birdwatching, or experience forest-based wellness inspired by Shinrin-yoku.

At the heart of the destination, Gégér Paseban Center brings together a camping ground, trekking base camp, conservation and education zones, and themed experiences focused on coffee and honey. The coffee program connects visitors with Megamendung coffee through agricultural, educational, tourism, and ecological activities, while honey education introduces local beekeeping. Paseban also highlights products made by local small businesses, including Paseban honey, Megamendung coffee, and traditional crafts. These products are available through local enterprises and outlets managed by BUM Desa Megamendung Jaya. Paseban combines outdoor recreation with learning and community enterprise, providing varied ways to discover the area's natural environment and local culture.
